PEACE AND SERENITY
YOUR EARS ARE ALWAYS ACTIVELY LISTENING
Given that we cannot physically turn off our ears, we are constantly exposed to sounds, even during sleep. To create a more comfortable and peaceful environment, it is important to reduce noise levels and make your rooms as comfortable as possible.
To regulate the sounds that enter our brain and control the level of noise, we often use earplugs, noise-cancelling headphones, or sound insulation. It is always better to minimize unwanted sounds for your mind, as it can also enhance our listening sensitivity.

CHOOSE SOUNDS FOR YOUR CONCENTRATION
Choosing better sounds for your concentration doesn’t mean choosing your favourite music that uplifts you and/or increases your positive feeling, which might actually decrease your concentration and lower your productivity.
From my own research and experience, it’s best to keep your mood or emotions as neutral as possible. Keeping yourself calm helps to reduce the likelihood of making mistakes and improves memory function. Creating a cycle of positive effects is a key success factor, as better concentration leads to better results.
THE FOLLOWING STEPS ARE KEY TO YOUR PREPARATION
- Eat healthy organic fruits and vegetables
- No added sugar (or significantly reduce sugar intake) and no packaged food for snacks
- Keep a good distance between you and your smartphone
- Play meditation sounds unobtrusively in the background for your peace and serenity.
- (Also, practice mindful activities.)
- Exercise in the sun
- Prioritize good sleep
SOUND VIBRATIONS MATTER: THE CYMATICS
Cymatics is the study of visible sound and vibration, specifically looking at how sound waves can create patterns, shapes, and movements in physical matter such as liquids, powders, or gases. The word “Cymatics” comes from the Greek word “kyma” which means “wave.”
In the field of Cymatics, researchers use sound frequencies to vibrate different materials, such as liquids or powders, and then observe the resulting patterns. This allows them to see the effect of sound on matter, and to study the relationship between sound, frequency, and physical form.
Cymatics can be used in a variety of fields, including music, medicine, and architecture, to understand how sound affects the physical world and to create new forms of expression and art. The study of Cymatics can also help to shed light on the fundamental properties of the universe, as well as the nature of reality itself.

SOUND VIBRATIONS MATTER: THE CHLADNI FIGURE
Chladni figures, named after the German physicist Ernst Chladni, are patterns that are created when a vibrating surface is covered with a layer of powder or sand. When the surface is vibrated at a specific frequency, the powder or sand will move and form patterns that correspond to the nodal points of the vibration, which are the points on the surface that do not move.
Chladni figures have been used to study the behavior of vibrations and waves, as well as to demonstrate the principles of acoustics and resonance. By creating these patterns, Chladni was able to observe and analyze the different modes of vibration of a surface and understand the relationships between the frequency of vibration and the shapes of the resulting patterns.
Please check the link below and see the remarkable patterns that can be created by the frequency of specific pitches.

SOLFEGGIO FREQUENCY
Creative sounds based on Solfeggio Frequencies are very effective and relaxing for mindfulness from my experience. The proponents of the Solfeggio frequencies believe that these frequencies have healing properties and can positively affect the body, mind, and spirit when listened to. Relaxed Happy Life leaves it to specialists to explain and explore the frequencies.
Here are the Solfeggio frequencies and the effects commonly known:
- 174Hz – Stabilising mind, expanding awareness and consciousness
- 285Hz – Enhancing the body’s innate ability to heal itself
- 396Hz – Liberating Guilt and Fear
- 417Hz – Dissolve negativity, opening the mind to accept changes
- 528Hz – Transformation and DNA Repair
- 639Hz – Connecting and/or Restoring relationships
- 741Hz – Improving Expression
- 852Hz – Awakening and sharpening intuition
- 963Hz – Higher dimensional awareness, connecting to cosmic consciousness
BINAURAL BEATS
Binaural beats are an auditory illusion that occurs when two different frequency sounds are played separately in each ear. When these two frequencies are perceived by the brain, they create a third, low-frequency beat that promote relaxation and stress reduction that is told. This is why binaural beats are often used in meditation, sleep and stress-reducing applications.
Many people find that listening to binaural beats can help them relax and reduce stress, so it may be worth trying if you’re looking for a natural way to manage stress and promote relaxation.
- Delta Waves: 0.5-4 Hz, for deep sleep, relaxation and healing
- Theta Waves: 4-8 Hz , for meditation and deep relaxation
- Alpha Waves: 8-13 Hz, for relaxation and stress reduction
- Beta Waves: 13-30 Hz, for alertness, attention and increasing energy levels
- Gamma Waves: 30-100 Hz, for higher cognitive function and increased perception

SCHUMANN RESONANCE
A fundamental frequency of 7.83 Hz, with higher harmonics at 14.3 Hz, 20.8 Hz, 27.3 Hz, and so on.
The effects of Solfeggio Frequency and Binaural Beats can be different for each person. Some people may not see any benefits, while others may find them helpful. As with any relaxation technique, it’s better to listen in a quiet and comfortable environment.
RHLife’s VIEW
Meditation and mindfulness may be perceived as spiritual practices by some individuals, but it ultimately comes down to personal beliefs. Initially, I was not inclined towards mindfulness, but I have come to understand the influence that certain frequencies have on the human body. Furthermore, I have found that meditation sounds work exceptionally well for me.
During the 16th and 17th centuries, one of the styles of musical accompaniment in Baroque music was called Basso Continuo. It consisted of a continuously played bass line on an instrument such as a cello or bass viol, accompanied by a keyboard instrument. I have noticed that this style might be similar to the composition of the meditation sounds we hear today.
Frequencies lower than 200Hz are not suitable for smartphone speakers. It is recommended to use stereo speakers that have the capability to produce a realistic representation of sub-bass. This allows the body to fully experience and absorb the vibrations for the most effective and comfortable relaxation.
One of my personal favorites is the ‘Meditative Mind’ YouTube channel. They offer a delightful auditory experience enhanced by beautiful visuals.
